This job will require you to work with your hands in many different layup techniques, manual labor consisting of lifting molds that are up to 50 lbs. and working with orbital sanders and many other tools in our finishing department.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficient in CAD (Solidworks) modeling, drawing, and revisions
  • Experience in the composites industry
  • CAM experience preferred (HSMworks)
  • Firearm industry experience
  • Ability to perform tests and make corrections
  • Ability to work well with a team and train production staff as needed
  • Experience in mold and fixture design
  • Engineering experience of 5+ years preferred
  • GD&T experience

Pay– Starting at $50,000-$100,000/year depending on experience

Fierce Firearms—Quality Control Manager

Fierce Firearms is one of the fastest growing gun companies in the nation. We are looking for a Quality Control Manager with experience with multiple different measuring tools, reading prints, and communicating with vendors on any quality problems.

This position requires the applicant and their team to inspect all incoming and inhouse machined parts. They will be using many tools like optical comparators, calipers, bore scopes and other measuring tools to assure that all parts meet the spec of their drawings. Being able to read engineering drawings is needed for the position.
