As the exclusive Rizzini distributor in North America, Rizzini U.S.A. is pleased to provide an unmatched, limited lifetime warranty for your new firearm. The distributor warrants the firearm against material or workmanship defects for the life of the original owner. The warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser. The distributor agrees to repair or replace any defects in material or workmanship at the distributor’s discretion.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, dents, scratches, or cosmetic imperfections which may occur to the wood or metal parts after purchase. The purchaser should ensure that the firearm is free from defects or damage before purchase. The warranty does not cover wood.
The distributor is not responsible for firearms malfunction, personal injury, or property damage or death which results from careless handling, failure to perform firearms maintenance, modifications, use of reloaded ammunition, or criminal or negligent use. While normal wear and tear of any part is not covered under this warranty, the distributor and manufacturer do provide every service necessary to keep your firearm in top working condition, on a cost-of-parts & labor basis.
This warranty is limited as provided herein and excludes any implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The distributor is not liable for consequential or incidental damages or expenses. Please be sure to register your Rizzini shotgun to ensure your shotgun is covered under warranty.
