Built for the part of the day nobody photographs — the drive out, the walk in, the hours in the rack.
The mouth is the thing you’ll notice first. A spring frame holds it open on its own, so casing the gun is a two-handed job instead of a wrestling match with one hand pinning the opening. Press the sides and it snaps shut. Most slip cases make you fight the opening; this one waits for you.
Inside, the gun rides in a padded slide-in sleeve with 54 inches of usable length — enough for a 34″ trap gun with room left over. The shell is 840 denier nylon in a diamond-sewn pattern, which keeps the padding evenly distributed instead of migrating into the corners after a season of loading and unloading. Velcro closure secures the mouth once the gun is in.
A 12″ × 7″ exterior pocket carries neoprene shell holders, so a handful of rounds rides on the outside and stays reachable without opening the case.
Two ways to carry: a removable padded shoulder strap for the walk in, and a luggage-style hand grip with a molded polymer core for briefcase carry. That grip is the detail that separates this from cases using folded nylon webbing — it doesn’t bite into your palm when the gun is the heaviest thing you’re holding.
