More Than an Importer: What Rizzini USA Does for Owners and Dealers

People find us in a few different ways. Some are shopping for their first Rizzini and want to know where to buy one. Some have owned a Regal for fifteen years and need a firing pin. Some are dealers wondering how to carry the line. And some just picked up a hat at a trade show and wondered who we were. Here's the short version of what we do.

We supply the dealer network — not the customer directly

This is the part worth stating plainly, because it's the most common point of confusion. We don't sell new shotguns direct to consumers. New Rizzinis go to our authorized dealers, and you buy from them. That's deliberate.

A shotgun is a gun you should shoulder before you own it — stock dimensions, weight between the hands, how the balance sits when you swing it. None of that comes across in a product photo, and a dealer who knows the line can put three guns in your hands in ten minutes and tell you which one fits. There's one exception.

Occasionally a limited run or a genuinely unique build comes through that doesn't have a natural home in the dealer channel, and we'll offer it here. Those are rare and they don't last. What we do sell direct: accessories, apparel, and demo and pre-owned inventory. More on those below.

We Show Up

Across the year we're at trade shows, club events, and demo days around the country — putting guns in people's hands, talking to dealers, and introducing the brand to shooters who've heard the name but never mounted one.If you've seen us at a show, some of it ends up in the photo gallery. If you'd like us at your club or event, get in touch.

We stock the accessories

The gear that goes with the gun, in the same black and yellow you'll recognize from the stand at a show.Chokes are the ones we ship most — extended and flush, sold individually rather than as a set, so you replace the one you lost instead of buying seven.Beyond that: slips and cases for the drive out and the walk in, range bags built to carry a full day of shells and gear, and shooting vests cut for volume shooting.

And the apparel

Hats and t-shirts — what people actually wear to the club rather than what looks good folded on a table. The Rizzini Cap is the classic, and the Camo Cap is the one that goes to the blind. On the shirt side, Smoke 'Em in black has been the steady seller.

We handle service and repair

If something on your Rizzini needs attention, it comes to us. Send in a service request and we'll tell you what's involved, what it costs, and how long it takes before anything ships.Being the U.S. distributorship means parts and expertise are on this side of the ocean. Your gun doesn't fly to Italy and your questions don't wait on a time zone.

We register and maintain the lifetime warranty

Every new Rizzini carries a lifetime warranty to the original owner, and we're the ones who keep that record.Register your gun when you buy it. It takes a few minutes, and it's what makes a warranty claim a phone call instead of a paperwork hunt years down the road. If you're not sure whether yours is registered, ask us — we can check.

We sell demo and pre-owned guns

Demo guns from events, trade-show guns, and select pre-owned inventory come through here. These are guns that have been shot but not worn, priced accordingly, and gone through by us before they list.If you've been reading about a model and want to own one without waiting on a new build, this is often the fastest way in. Inventory moves, so check back.

We're hiring, sometimes

The team is small and grows carefully. When we're looking for someone, it's posted on our job openings page.
